Feb 16, 2011- Aloha All, Just finished my first year of channeling at the Sacred Garden this past Sunday. It has been a wonderful year full of miraculous changes both in my life and in the world. March 17, 2010- Happy St. Patrick's day everyone. I heard that St. Patrick became a saint for chasing all the snakes out of Ireland, living on an island with no snakes I can appreciate that. Luck of the Irish to everyone, especially our brothers and sisters in Japan. I have been sending reiki healing to them everyday and hope my reiki students are doing the same. May 9, 2011- Aloha All, Here we are in the fifth month of 2011, only 19 more months to go before the big shift. I am more and more excited everyday. You can feel the energies getting more and more intense. Mother Gaia is cleansing  like a supermodel for bikini season. I hope you all have released all your fears and stepped into the flow of the river because paddling upstream at this point is going to be impossible. I am here for you with tips, tools and wisdom to help you cope in this trying time. Meditate, meditate, meditate and soak in a nice salt water bath. Here on Maui we are fortunate to have the ocean water to cleanse us everyday if we want. I have something new and exciting to share with you all. June 18, 2011, Time is flying by, only 1 and half years until the big date! I am so excited, sometimes I feel it is going to slow and other times I think it better slow down so I can catch up. My body had the hardest time keeping up. I have broken my addiction to Moutain Dew recently and that will help. The last full moon and eclipse energy was intense and I definately felt a finer vibration come in. We are so close now. Can you feel it? Aug.16, 2011- Aloha All,  I would like to thank everyone who helped with the Veterans retreat I hosted on July 31st. It went very well. Five vietnam veterans were given free massage and chiropractic adjustment. We also had a short meditation class and a potluck lunch. All services were donated by wonderful generous therapists. Auntie Pua performed a Hawaiian blessing for all and lead the talk story. I am encouraging other massage therapists to hold retreats where they live and am happy to tell them how I did it for free. It cost the veterans nothing and I also did not have to spend money to put it on. (Ok a few dollars but it was not much.) A good time was had by all. Here is a quote from one of the men. "Dear Debbie- What a wonderful event you created for us veteran's. I can't thank you enough! I felt so appreciated and supported. I wish more vets could experience this kind of uplifing event. I also experienced a wonderful long massage  and a chiropractic treatment. I am in deep gratitude. J.K. Vietnam era vet."  Your welcome J.K. and we will do it again soon.

Aug. 26, 2011-Hurricane Irene is tearing up the east coast. I feel like I have been in a hurricane of change myself this week. I decided to share my personal struggle with weight loss with you all as many people share the same challange in life. I finally concluded that I could not eat whatever and whenever I wanted to and stay healthy. I have tried for years to break an addiction to Moutain Dew, candy and cookies. I had very specific problem foods. I wanted them all the time, and even though I tried to eat healthy meals these things stood in my way of having a healthy weight. I started having symptoms of Ruhmatoid arthritis about three years ago. My joints ache and sometimes freeze and I could not use them. Which means there are times I can not work as a massage therapist. This was very frustrating to me  because I love my work. Something had to change. I attend a rather different church here on Maui called the Temple of Peace.  I say different because it is also a "colon spa". The Rev. wife is a colon therapist and I decided to try the five day colon cleanse. I thought this would break my sugar and Moutain Dew addiction once and for all. They give you one colonic a day, supplements, smoothie, and soup. You are only supposed to eat soft foods and licquid for the five days. What a shock to my system. No meat, bread, sugar or caffeine, nothing that requires chewing. Oh boy. Well, needless to say this was not easy for me and I almost didn't go through with it. But I felt I was running out of time.( Besides, I just found out my Mom lost 100 lbs from a wheelchair in a nursing home so  I figured I could too. )I don't want to be a diabetic who can't walk like she is. I don't want to be a diabetic who dies at 67 like my Dad. Or from heart disease like my brother. My brother died two years ago this week at 42 and I think about that everyday. He was younger than me. So I just kept thinking about these things while I got my colonics and drank my yummy smoothies. The soups were very tasty, if you like eating stuff the consistency of baby food for a week. The first day was the worst, getting over my apprehension. I actually had dreams about the cleanse before and during it. The second day was better and I worked out at Curves 4 times during this week. I didn't feel weak at all. I didn't feel hungry after the first day. I stopped taking Aleve for my arthritis pain because I wasn't having any. I soaked in the hot tub and the infrared suana on two days. Did I mention that is included in the price of the five day cleanse? You get to use the beautiful spa and sweat it out. You also get an I Health treatment from Rev. Kedar that pinpointed my imbalances perfectly and then rebalanced my meridians. We also discussed some of the foods I ate that I thought were ok, but really were probably sabotaging my progress. Wheat has to go, along with cheese, and processed anything especially the lunchmeat I was eating. Done and done. I have gotten rid of all but wheat so far. OH did I mention I lost two lbs a day for a total of 9lbs by Friday morning with one colonic to go. I started on Monday. All great results and I was very happy but what I really want to share is the emotional journey this has been. Anyone who struggles with weight knows that there are emotional reasons why we eat badly or too much. Usually, avoiding feelings and this is true for me too. There is a bit of a roller coaster to this process because on Wed. and Thurs. I felt a kind of high but by Friday I felt like a raw nerve. It felt like someone had ripped my shell off and left me quivering naked exposed to whatever I was going to be feeling. Not fun. Now usually this is a ten day cleanse and I can understand why. You just start scratching the surface of all of this emotional stuff by day five, at least for me, that is how long it took. Today is day six. No colonic and I can eat solid food. I had a smoothie for breakfast and soup for lunch. Go figure. I did eat some solid food for dinner and it was all things that I can have without feeling guilty or having pain and it tasted so good. I went for a 1.5 mile hike in the woods and prayed how grateful I am for my angels and guides help through this experience. I also thank my friends who were so supportive and encouraged me so lovingly. My roomate is really great, she just listens and never bugs me when I don't follow the rules exactly. She even ate some of the delicious soups I had leftover. I bought a food processor to help me continue this change and hope to make it fun by trying new recipes and new ways to cook. I still feel very open and raw. I don't smoke, do drugs or drink or have any other addictive habits so food was my last escape. Now it is all about staying in the prescent moment with myself and getting in touch with what ever feelings I was stuffing. Letting go of the armour I have built around me. I want to let love in and that has to start with loving myself enough to do this. I hope this helps some of you if you have the same struggle. To my friends who love me no matter what, Thank you.

Oct 9th, 2011- Aloha All, Wonderful uplifting service at the Temple of Peace today, as always. It is such a torch of light for Maui and the planet. I hope wherever you choose to share  your spiritual path in community you feel as much unity as I do at the Temple of Peace. We are a unique group of people on the same page having a great time and loving life. Oct. 22nd 2011- Wow only six more days until the end of the Mayan calendar if you follow Calleman. I have been following it and waiting for this time with such anticipation for years. At the same time I remind myself that this amazing transformation is not about a specific day but it is a long process that has been going on for a long time, constantly speeding up until we reach zero point. I do beleive zero point will be acheived next year around Dec. 21 2012 because at that time the Earth will be in direct alignment with the great central sun and it will change the energetics of the planet a great deal. Will we all be transformed back into our light bodies at that time?  Will a second Earth appear and some be sent there? We really don't know for sure because this particular ascension scenario has never happened before, ever in the entire universe as far as anyone knows. Conscious ascension of humans without the complete destrution that has happened in the past has never been done before. How fortunate we are to be here at this time and I am truely grateful. Oh yeah some of the "ascension physical symptoms" really suck sometimes but it is so worth it when I can hear the angels singing or see the amazing new colors in the sky. Are you looking up? Nov. 6th, 2011-Wow what an amazing weekend I have had, I just have to share with all of you. I went to see a Spiritualist medium, Mychael Shane on Friday night. He did billet reading and apportation. If you don't know what that is google it, I don't want to take up space explaining it. Anyway, he did the most accurate blind folded billet reading I have ever seen in my life; and I have experienced it in a Spiritualist church for many years and never saw anyone so accurate. Then he entered a cabinet with his mouth taped shut. We all did some ohms to raise the energy. The dogs in the house next door started barking like mad. I felt the energy spirit needs to manifest start pouring out of my chakras. Now I knew he was the real deal. I had felt this many times before during seances. We sat in silence waiting for him to come out of the cabinet and when he did it was truely amazing. Someone takes the tape off his mouth quickly, and silver coins start pouring out, 8 of them in all and then a necklace and bracelet set! How incredible is that. We all got to see them and take pics, if I get my camera working I will post the picture. One coin was dated 2012 already!  After a few minutes he starts handing out what came through and giving a message to the person of which ascended master it is from and what the message is. The children in the group this night received most of the coins. So that was incredible so I decided Sunday I would go hear him channel at church and then go to his workshop. Well, I thought it was a psychometry workshop but I was mixed up on days so  I got to see him do billets and apports again today. yeah! So he answered my billet question first, good thing I was listening, because they read the question after he gives the answer.  Once  again his billets were right on. Then for the apports I got to search him and tape his mouth shut before he went in the cabinet, then I took the tape off when he came out.  Today first thing was about 4 large rose quartz, then a spray of very small other crystals, 158 seperate objects in all!All beautiful, different colors, cuts of stones. So when he sees your connection to a stone he calls you up and I got one today. I go up and he gives me a clear but yellow tinged stone, maybe a citrine but I'm not sure and he says, "this is from Quan Yin and she says you are the kindess most innocent soul in the universe." and I started crying of course. I think she might be exaggerating but it was wonderful to hear. Oh and that she loves me very much. I know she does, but it never hurts to hear someone say it. Thanks to Mychael for what he does and thank you and all my love to Quan Yin

Nov. 10, 2011- Well, tomorrow is the big day! 11-11-11 once in a lifetime day. I have been very blissful all week as I usually start feeling things early I think we are all in for one great infusion of Unity, love and abundant consciousness. Whatever you do to celebrate keep your thoughts positive and uplifting. Tonight is full moon but since it has been raining not sure if I want to walk the labyrinth tonight or listen to the astrology talk. Tomorrow I will be going to a day long meditation and celebration for peace at the Sacred Earth Temple in Haiku. Very grateful for Blue Moutain and Mariah for hosting and planning this event. Auntie Pua will be doing the opening blessing.

 Regular visitors may have noticed that I have raised my prices significantly, I would like to say this is where my prices should have been when I moved to Maui but as I was "new in town" I wanted to get to know people first and them to get to know me. Based on my 15 years of experience and the skills I bring to my practice I feel the need to get paid a fare price for my work. I hope you all understand and appreciate what I do. I know my regular clients do. I am also adding some free things and some incentives for referrals and repeat customers so stay tuned. 

Nov. 12th,2011-What a wonderful day yesterday. Did you feel the peace and love in the air? I chose to take the day off from working and dedicate it to spending time in meditation alone and in a group of wonderful like-minded people.  We toned and sang and danced and prayed for peace and listened to wise elders. It was an amazing day organized by Blue Moutain, Johnathan and Rev. Kedar at the Sacred Earth Temple a big mahalo to them. The whole thing was live online and broadcast at the United Nations and at different peace gatherings around the world. Very cool. I was happy to be a part of it and could feel the ascended masters in the room with us and the angels singing.  I am feeling the most centered, peaceful and happy than I can ever remember in my life as a constant feeling for the last few weeks.
